Lately, I’ve been trying to teach myself how to make good coffee drinks.
I woke up at 6am. It’s way too early. But I’m gonna edit up a storm today. 📷 ⚡️(a storm powered by ☕️)
Happy very 1st birthday to #livethelittlethings ! I was so thrilled when @forriverhendrix & @runstylerun asked me to guest judge and share a few of my favorite submissions to help them celebrate! So here they are. I believe that these 4 photos are actually an amazing representation of my favorite (little) things in life. It’s funny when you begin to realize these little things are actually the big things in disguise. To wake up just one more time on this beautiful planet, to laugh one more time with close (or brand new) friends, to take one more photograph, to have one more sip of coffee; it’s all a gift, every moment we’re here. Enjoy life and recognize these things everyday.
This is me pretending I don’t work today. Also not pictured: perfect rainy day, Milo Greene pandora station, dog, spilling coffee on myself, and the amount of awkwardness trying to take this photo.

I want to always be able to hang my client work beside my personal work and let there be no difference.
Just go shoot.
"Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your Heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?… Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself." // Matthew 6:25-34
I can hardly explain what it feels like to completely trust God. All I know, is that when you do, amazing things happen and you see Him. It’s not sitting back and waiting for things to happen. It’s seeking what He has planned for you next and going with it whole-heartedly. I have a date set to drive across the country and up until a couple of days ago I had no where to live when I arrive. On Monday, I received a direct message on Instagram, and then an e-mail, and then a text message; all a few hours apart. Each message was someone offering me a place to stay until I get settled. I’m overwhelmed, to say the least, and know that it is no coincidence; this is trusting in God. (And this is one of my favorite houses that was just built in my town.)
